Molly (our Speech and Language Therapist) has suggested some activities below that may support the children with their communication.

  • Objects of reference
  • Intensive interaction (please contact Molly if you would like further information on this)
  • Opportunities to request more/continue (e.g. with bubbles, sensory toys, music, snacks)
  • Ready steady go games
  • Sensory stories
  • Choice making during play
  • Sensory walks at home or outside (e.g. finding objects, touching different textures with hands and feet etc)
  • Bucket time (Molly is happy to provide more information for this if required)
