Below you will find a selection of sensory stories that you can share with your child at home
Molly (our Speech and Language Therapist) has suggested some activities below that may support the children with their communication.
- Objects of reference
- Intensive interaction (please contact Molly if you would like further information on this)
- Opportunities to request more/continue (e.g. with bubbles, sensory toys, music, snacks)
- Ready steady go games
- Sensory stories
- Choice making during play
- Sensory walks at home or outside (e.g. finding objects, touching different textures with hands and feet etc)
- Bucket time (Molly is happy to provide more information for this if required)
